We offer all customers the right to easily return the order within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund, the watch must be in the same condition as when it was originally dispatched. Returns should be sent back to the same location that it was dispatched from. Please contact us for full instructions.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a a couple of business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will provide all necessary information.
